Taaksvale will market your property on major Property Portals, Newspapers and For Sale Boards. Our colleague has over 5 years of experience in Marketing and Media with a FTSE 100 Company. At Taaksvale we go the extra mile, we know what works where. We use other means of marketing to ensure that your property is viewed not just by as many people as possible but the right demographic.  More importantly Taaksvale colleagues have excellent negotiations skills which we believe is a very valuable asset.

With years of experience with dealing with the various stages of a sale; liaising with Solicitors, Surveyors and Mortgage Brokers we endeavour to remove the stress of buying/ selling property. 

Local Knowledge

As a family run business we have a network of family and friends that live in Forest Hill, Dulwich, Sydenham and surrounding areas. All our colleagues live within these areas for over 20 years and we have a good understanding and knowledge of these areas.
